When I first joined 'the core' I didn't know what to expect, but I was made to feel really welcome in a relaxed environment. The course has given me more confidence and learnt me to recognise my triggers and have more positive thoughts. I cannot praise this course highly enough. It has been invaluable to myself and I am sure my peers would say the same.
Everyone involved was non-judgemental which was really important.
