"Like talking to a brick wall"

About: North Staffordshire PCT

(as a service user),

I think that the staff at BAC do all they can when you need to see the doctor, but the practice where they send you is not good at all, it is at Newcastle Staffordshire.

I feel they do not listen to me I think there is a barrier and because they are temporary doctors, it's like talking to a brick wall, so I go to my own doctors now.
