What I liked

The waiting time was short

Communication from specialist to patient

I have tried so many times to phone though to get results but to no avail, i think everyone that works at the hospital are permanently on holiday or having lunch.

After being transferred from department to department i finally got to where i needed to be, but guess what...no answer...!!!!

I am sorry to read that you have had problems with getting your results. I hope that by now you have received the results, but please contact the Quality Team in future should you encounter similar problems in the future.

I will ensure that this feedback is shared with the Orthopaedic Matron to ensure that lessons are learnt.
