"Lovely hospital, wonderful staff, best care I..."

What I liked

The staff were wonderful, kind & efficient. They explained what they were doing & why. The atmosphere in the department was lovely, happy & friendly everyone had a good sense of humour. The ward was fresh, clean & had lovely views across Poole to the sea. I felt in very good hands the whole time I was in hospital, it could've been quite a frightening experience but was made so much the better because of the staff'. The night duty staff were kind & pateint even though they must have been tired.I was never made to feel I was a nuisance everyone treated me with respect. I can't fault anything about my stay in Poole Hospital.
