"Medical Staff top draw - Office Staff not good"

What I liked

During my stay I was looked after with great professionalism and care.

It is a real shame that the professionalism of the medical staff at this wonderful hospital is being undermined by the lack of the same professionalism by it's office staff. It's now 5mths after my heart attack and procedure, still the office staff have failed to send relevant information to my Insurance company, they have even denied having any dialogue with them. I feel that the office staff are trying to get me back for another visit! If I had run any business I have been involved in to the levels of incompetence that have been achieved by the office staff at the London Chest I would have been sacked and never employed again! I feel very sorry for the Medical staff who do such a great job, being backed-up by these people who can't even tell the same story twice.
