What I liked

As a 59 year old man I have had plenty of hospital visits up and down the country, mostly in connection with an enderly parent and other relatives but sometimes myself. Professionally, I worked with several health authority's representatives over the years and I have also experienced FGH as a patient on a number of occasions previously.

Last week I attended the day ward for a cubal tunnel procedure. I found my treatment to be absolutely first class. The staff were friendly, highly professional and attentive at all times. The facilities were second to none that I have experienced. And everywhere was spotlessly clean.

Attending hospital for treatment causes anxiety is never a pleasant experience. It is so much easier when the service provider shows professionalism at its best. My procedure went very well and I am extremely pleased and grateful to the Orthopaedics Services department for their attention to my healthcare.
