all staff was very nice to me but I found the doctor very off hand but I was treated on time and even through the department was busy

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback regarding your appointment in the Ear,Nose and throat department at the Royal Bolton Hospital. We are pleased to hear that you thought the staff were nice but we are really sorry to learn that you felt like one of the doctors was off hand. I did forward your comments onto the Departmental Manager and she informed me that they do take staff attitude very serious and she was extremely sorry that you felt the doctor was off hand. Once again I thank you for your comments.
