Anything else?
I am writing on behalf of Client, I am aware that she has two very capable daughters but as I visit her in a professional capacity and I am aware of her condition before and after her stay in hospital I feel compelled to ask, how on earth can a patient be so maltreated? Has all form of humanity, adequate nutrition and appropriate medication been replaced by compulsory catheterisation?
This is a case which needs taking to the highest level as there are clearly huge flaws in protocol. I am no expert on the history of medicine but surely anyone with a modicum of insight would be appalled at the current lack of personal care and training in favour of the routine application of unnecessary painful procedures.
I sincerely hope that someone on the inside is willing to stand up - for all our sakes.
