"Basement Recovery Project"

I started smoking canabis when I was 19 years old, it was after my oldest son was born that someone told me about the basement recovery project that ran a breakfast club.

I was still smoking when I first started going to the basement project but 5 months ago I got myself clean of canabis. I hear alot of stories about how the groups at the basement work and they do, and the breakfast club.

If I did not have the basement to go to on a thursday and a tuesday I would not be 5 months clean now. I owe the basement recovery project my life. the good thing about getting clean is I am more alert and have started to put on weight.

The things that could have been better was giving up smoking earlier. I may not have gone through the groups but I have gone through the breakfast club I have recieved help from:- Michelle, Bradly, Adi , Martin, Colin, Tracy, Pat and Darryl. Without the help and support of each and everyone of these people I would be dead by now. I owe each of them my life.
