What I liked

Just really want to thank so much the Women’s Health Unit’s nurses for their outstanding work.

I never find such a caring and polite staff like at this hospital. I am affected by needle phobia and I often find nurses not taking really serious my problem.

Here at ST. Helier, nurses were understanding and very professional. For the first time I felt comfortable and well look after.

This was my best ever NHS experience and I would thoroughly recommend the hospital.

What could be improved

Can’t think about anything but maybe some money should be spending to renovate the exterior of the hospital.

We are really pleased that you were so happy with the care you received. This is what we would expect and we've passed your comments on to the team involved.

Finally, we're pleased to let you know that the Government has recently agreed our plans to spend £219 million redeveloping St Helier, which will include renovating both the inside and outside of the whole hospital.
