About: City Health Care Partnership CIC / Active Lifestyles Service

(as the patient),

I was referred to the lifestyles team,because i'm overweight. I had tried to lose weight on my own but it wasnt working.

My advisor is Lisa. I was quite nervous,but she explained things to me and i felt at ease. Your not judged in anyway and told what to do. They advise you on whats best to do.It has worked for me i have lost 10lb. I couldn't have done it without the help and support of Lisa.
