What I liked

What an amazing experience!

In an age where everyone seems to love to complain I defy anyone to have anything to complain about here.

From the moment I entered for first consultation, through pre-op assessment to going home after hip replacement I truly felt that I mattered as an individual, and order of the day was care, care, care.

I can honestly say that right across the board the staff were exceptional, the standard of cleanliness second to none and absolutely nothing was to much trouble.

Without exception this experience could not have been made better.

What could be improved

It seems odd to say absolutely nothing, but I really cannot think of anything that could have been improve.
