What I liked
The whole experience as a day case surgery on Minster Ward was excellent! Every single member of staff I saw was cheerful, helpful and caring - from the cleaner,care assist, nurses, physio, ward doctor & all the theatre staff plus my consultant. The ward was super clean and the nurses very attentive.
What could be improved
Maybe the 7.15am check in time! Also the £6 per day car parking.
Anything else?
I cannot reccomend this hospital highly enough! After visiting relations at Kings Mill, Nottingham City and Lincoln County Hospitals recently I am so glad I chose Newark, there is just no comparison in levels of care.
