What I liked

Nurses were short staffed on the 24th Sept, but still did their work diligently, when giving you treatment their sole attention was on you.

I have to visit this dept. regularly and find staff including the receptionist always cheerful, the consultant in charge and the nurses and nursing assistants are pleasant to you. Only problem is when your appointment is after 11am you don't usually go in to the doctor until 12 noon. Still that's the old age problem of not enough money, to get more staff.

What could be improved

Reduction of waiting times would be good.
