What I liked

I was admitted to have a knee replacement in the care of a surgeon. On ward 20 I was given a single room which I was pleased about as I do not sleep well and was worried I would disturb other patients. All the staff I came into contact with treated me with care and concern and were respectful and friendly. I would like to thank all in ward 20, outpatients and my surgeon
