What I liked
I received a reply concerning above on 12 Aug 2011:- they reiterate that my care is cut-off, and my needs are viewed as "demands", when it is through the steroid treatment that I now have "steroid-induced diabetes". The consultants in the sussex kidney unit, and lupus care, should have advised me about lethal combination of renal transplant and steroid induced diabetes before the treatment, which they did not and I cannot cope with this situation now.
They have abandoned me like an animal and made me a medical orphan. I have had to get private care from London Bridge Hospital. I should not have to pay for my care, as a tax payer, when my husband has made vast contributions for our nhs care personally - through giving me a kidney and saving thousands in care and tax wise.
This behaviour is utterly disgraceful.
Anything else?
There is lack of transparency at this hospital.
"Disgraceful, if I return there I would like to..."
