"Kind, caring staff a credit to the NHS"

What I liked

I was recently an onlooker within the breast surgery clinic, as a family member underwent breast cancer surgery to remove a tumour. The staff were without exception kind, caring and friendly. They provided a hugely efficient and thorough service and listened to their patient. Both myself and my relative's opinions and worries were taken seriously and we given the time to understand what was happening. The process was smooth and without much waiting between procedures. I cannot thank the staff enough for making a worrying time far more bearable.
