"As pleasant as unpleasant tests can be!"

What I liked

Went for tests after getting a new referral since i never heard anything from previous referral for 2 years. Seen very quickly; tests not pleasant but the nursing staff were absolutely wonderful putting me at ease; friendly yet professional. I cannot praise these nurses highly enough. I've been to several departments that have been awful with rude and uncaring staff but the nurses on urology are utterly brilliant.

What could be improved

Had to go to Rawtenstall to see consultant which is my only gripe as it's a long journey.

Anything else?

Still waiting for follow up appointment to discuss test results after more than a month
