What I liked

I have been receiving complimentary treatment at this hospital for the past 8 years for stage 111c clear cell ovarian cancer. All the staff at the hospital are helpful and courteous and make me feel very welcome. Over the past 8 years I have felt extremely fortunate to have been seen by the same doctor at every visit and to receive the most professional level of care. This hospital is the only one that I have ever visited that keeps to appointment times and yet I am never hurried. I am always given time to discuss all of my concerns with a doctor who actually understands the importance of listening to her patients. I am very aware that this doctor also spends a lot of her time, outside of consulting hours, researching the most appropriate remedies for me. As I live at a distance I appreciate the availability of phone consultations when I’m unable to visit and the reassurance that I can phone at any time to discuss my concerns. I am convinced that the treatment I have received from this hospital has played a huge part in managing my illness and keeping me well. The remedies I currently being prescribed help me to manage the long term effects of the conventional treatments I have received. I feel very strongly that this type of treatment for patients is highly effective and is a hugely valuable resource that should be preserved
