What could be improved

My mother walked in and six weeks later she was carried out in a pine box this hospital has serious problems I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.the nursing and doctors care is very questionable.THe hygiene of this department needs to be investigated.Thank goodness I have American health coverage and don't have to put up with your national health
