What I liked
The outstanding level of care provided by the very talented and well qualified practicioners. Being treated as an intelligent and responsible individual and not as just another case. Contrary to what many would like to believe, I know the treatment has been beneficial and has enabled me to sustain as normal a life as possible. I have nothing but respect for all that work there, an opinion formed over a considerable period of time.
What could be improved
i know of nothing that could have been improved. I would like to see the threat of closure removed so that those working there could get on with doing a superb job without the constant threat of loss of employment - although it is more a vocation that just a job for those I have come into contact with.
Other NHS hospitals should emulate their standards.
