"Very reassuring"

What I liked

Several years ago when I was living in London, I was admitted to hospitals on a number of occasions in the City. Every time I found it a frightening experience. I have horror stories a plenty. Such as when an elderly man died slowly in the bed next to me, and was then left there! I had developed a genuine phobia of hospitals as a result. So when I knew I had to have an operation at Torbay Hospital, I was sick with worry.

I needn't of worried, the staff were wonderful, I was treated with great respect, the ward was spotless even the food was good!

If I ever had to select a hospital for treatment, I would definitely only choose Torbay as it was a refreshing big relief.
