(as a service user),

I am a service user at Ashley House and am a frequent user to vida holistic therapies and have lately been having acupuncture which I find very relaxing and claming as I sometimes have a very chaotic lifestyle and for the following hours after acupuncture feel very chilled and the thought of using is almost none so I am very grateful at the services vida provides.

I am glad you have found the acupuncture that is on offer helpful .Your experience supports studies that show that such treatment helps both with stress and in reducing cravings.Please keep using the service for as long as you feel necessary.

We have only just started the auricular acupuncture at Ashley House and are very pleased to hear that it has had a positive effect on you. Research has shown that it can help alleviate withdrawal symptoms and cravings for substance misusers, but it is always nice to hear that does really do what it claims to do!

Hope to see you in again soon for some further sessions.
