What I liked

I attended A&E this evening for a minor complaint. I was anxious and the doctor put me at ease, listened to my concerns and kept me informed about what was happening. I was fortunately able to be discharged but prior to doing so the doctor made a suggestion for onward referral which I have accepted. I have attended A&E with similar problems in the past but have to say that the doctor who treated me tonight was professional, sensitive and provided me with holistic care to the extent that I felt I needed to comment on this site.
