"Concerned about my father's care on godstone ward, east surrey"

My Father was taken in to east surrey two weeks ago, and I feel his treatment, or lack of it, is terrible. I hadn't seen one nurse in two weeks, until my partner insisted. There seems to be no conversation between patients and staff. my father was taken in because i found him layed in bed with old blood coming out of his back passage. he had a stroke 1 yr ago, he is a lovely man and never asks or complains about anything. they have done 4 blood trans in 5 days a cam down his throat blood tests, and yest i was told he is coming home next week. but they are going to do a camera up the back pass first. i still dont know what's wrong with him and no one will tell me anything. The physio team said he's safe to go home, but he cant walk to the toilet without ass. or dress himself!

Would they like their father to go home and be by hiself most of the time? He's nearly blind, i work full time and still go to dads 3 hrs a day. I'm worn out mentally and physically.
