What could be improved

Everything in the day surgery unit! Waiting time was unacceptable, four and a half hours after reporting time before having to walk with the aid of a stick (I am disabled) from the day surgery unit to the theatre in the main buiding in an operating gown after waiting with other patients similarly attired including a young man who was clearly embarrassed. My husband was waiting in the day surgery unit and was not told that I had been moved to the main building and he was not kept up to date with my progress, the first he knew about my progress was when I walked out of the discharge area to go home with a very red face.

Anything else?

Un-caring and totally not recommended. It's a complete disgrace!!!
