"Impressive"

What I liked

Unfortunately over the last 10 years or so I have been a frequent visitor to many NHS and

private hospitals.My recent visit to the outpatients dept at this hospital really was impressive

. The staff were all courteous,helpfull,knowledgeableand articulate. We were seen to without

delay at our appointed time and we were even offered a cup of tea whilst waiting for a very brief period in the waiting room.The specialist was able to explain the diagnosis to a 91 year old patient in words she could clearly understand and even the car parking was not outrageously expensive.

I know that the above should be the standard all hospitals should deliver but sadly they do not
