What I liked

From the moment you enter through the door and every room necessary to deal with in this case the smallest of broken bones possible you are greeted with the most welcoming service possible. Some of the kindest, friendliest , most professional and knowledgable staff and colleagues you may meet in any hospital environment. I was treated from start to finish faster than I can get through the self service checkout at Tesco's. A huge huge thank you from a very appreciative patient.

An excellent hospital service is all about making sure that the the wonderful staff and facilities of the, in this case Paultonhospital, are consistently supported with equipment and resources to maintain the commitment and high standard of the professional service offered and given so well by such lovely people.
