"Great keyworker"

About: Addiction services (community) / Dual Diagnosis Team Nottinghamshire Addiction services (community) / John Storer Clinic, Community Drug Team Addiction services (community) / Primary Care Liaison Team, John Storer Clinic

(as a service user),

When I first started going to the John Storer Clinic I thought my worker was too strict. But after I got to know her, I wouldn't swap her for anyone. Over the last couple of years I know I can trust her. She does what she says she'll do.

I think it's important for patients in drug services to have just one keyworker to build up a rapport with. It's not easy to trust strangers.

I can't think of anything else to change.
