(as the patient),

We attended the Audiology clinic at the Thomas Linacre Centre and we were seen and dealt with before out appointment time which was great.

The staff here are always very good and we think it is better to come here, rather than to a large hospital. We attend several clinics and they are all very good,

It is easy for us to get to the Thomas Linacre Centre as we live near it an have a car, but it is also on the bus route.

Thank you for your very positive comments about our outpatient services at the Thomas Linacre Centre. It was good to hear that you received good service in the audiology clinic and that all your visits there have been very good.

I shall pass your comments to the Manager for the Thomas Linacre Centre and also the Manager for audiology services so that they can pass these on to the staff. I am sure that they will be very pleased to learn that the service they provide is good and is also appreciated by the patients attending.
