(as the patient),

I went to the Thomas Linacre Outpatient Centre to have by bloods taken. Everything went well and I only had to wait 20 minutes, which I don't think was bad.

Thank you for your very positive comments regarding the blood clinic at Thomas Linacre Centre. I shall pass these to the Manager for the blood clinic service so that they can pass these on to the staff concerned.
