What I liked

I was seen in the minor injuries unit very quickly (within half an hour) and found that the two nurses who saw me were both caring and very helpful. They ruled out any serious injuries (I had a head injury) and showed great bedside manner. I have had some bad experiences with the NHS but this restored my faith!
