What I liked

i would like to say thank-you to all the dedicated staff at hri for looking after me so well during my stay in hospital. it's true that sometimes you are left waiting for treatments but this is after all a hospital and not a five star hotel. in my opinion hull royal is one of the finest medical facilities in this country. thank-you

What could be improved

the wards can be quite busy and noisy at times and it is sometimes hard to relax, perhaps between lunch and afternoon visiting their could be a quiet time for patients, so that they can sleep or just read a book.
