Visited xray department, told by GP that drop in service for xray was operated here, went along on Saturday afternoon, member of staff said appointment needed first and implied we were trying to jump the queue! Sitting in a hospital is not what anyone wants to be doing on a bank holiday weekend!

Her attitude continued to be rude and unhelpful and she kept us waiting an hour and a half even though the waiting room only had three other people in there. In future will take the time to go to Derriford, not a good representative of Cornwall Health Service, I have her name if you need it.
