What I liked

I was referred to the BarnDoc service with a possible blood clot and had further tests in A and E. I found all the staff pleasant and reassuring and was impressed by the efficiency and speed at which everything was done.

What could be improved

More advice on what could have caused the pain I had although the most important thing was that they were able to rule out the most serious possibility quickly.
