"work done excellent - waiting time unaccptable"

What I liked

i was in extreme wisdom tooth pain and due to complications i turned up at 7.20am 1st in the que and not prepared for along wait ahead. i was eventually looked after and by the time the xrays were done and finally seen to it was 3.30pm

the standard of dentistry is excellent but the waiting times un acceptable.. it lets down the hospital.

What could be improved

watiing time is very poor and the service is either over run and poor under staffed.
