What I liked

Nursing staff generally caring and quickly contacted me when there was a problem with my father's condition. Some of the nursing staff were exceptional.

What could be improved

My father and I had concerns as to the quality of the operation carried out. Subsequently, my father passed away. In the initial stages, I had some some difficulty in ascertaining exactly the type of fracture and it would have been helpful if I could have seen the registrar who performed the operation. It took too long before I had the facts.
