What I liked

I had a revision total shoulder replacement operation and was very happy with every aspect of my treatment. Every member of staff I encountered( doctors, nurses, reception, porters, radiographers, catering etc) were very friendly, helpful and caring. I was very sick after my anaesthetic and the nursing staff could not do enough for me - from a swift change of bedding to providing anti nausea injections! I was discharged with physiotherapy exercises to do, instructions regarding removal of stitches, contact numbers should I encounter any problems in the following 24 hours and plenty of dressings for my wound.

A very big thank you to you all!
