What I liked

I would highly recommend this service. I was referred at the age of 39 after experiencing 2 years of infertility. .

Following some routine tests, I was finally offered IVF and I was almost 40, I never expected this but glad I accepted this opportunity. We coped and responded really well to the treatment (produced 11 high quality embryos and it's looking like we are now pregnant). I want to stress that even if my treatment had not been so successful I would still be writing positive feedback:The unit where you receive the treatment is clean, calm, modern- purpose built, it is organised- staff are patient (un -rushed), very professional, empathetic and caring. I have also benefited from an out of hours help line, and some extra scans to check all o.k/ for reassurance. To be honest this unit has more of a feel of what i would imagine a private hospital would be like. The attention and care for myself and husband have been first class. As a health professional myself who has worked into many hospitals country wide I know it is not easy achieving such high standards consistently, well done and thankyou to this amazing team and service. I feel so fortunate to have been able to access it.
