What I liked

A caring, lovely staff nurse and a junior nurse who worked with them.

Efficient paramedic and ambulance crew who were also friendly.

What could be improved

Attitude and uncaring nurses who expected me to help take the weight of my Mother, who was a dead weight, which I did for a short while, for which I have suffered since, having had a hip replacement in January. It has been suggested by the orthopedic hospital that I have strained it. Because I couldnt manage I then had sarcasm. Three young women then lifted mom, hurting her legs in the process, then virtually dropped her onto the bed. They seemed to have no feelings whatsoever for a 97 year old with dimensia who was also unwell. Afterwards she cried bitterly and asked me not to let them hurt her again. We were both distressed by this time and were comforted by the Staff nurse when they came back in. I believe they have made a report regarding the incident.ncident.
