"Efficient Sunday pm casualty clinic"

What I liked

Casualty on a Sunday afternoon - a roomful of people already there, but I only waited 3 hours for treatment (triaged much quicker than that). Treatment was efficient and helpful. Given that last time I had to visit a casualty dept (not this one) I was kept waiting for 8 hours, I was impressed. Just wish I hadn't had to listen to 3 hours of Eastenders. :) I had some follow up issues with the medicine they prescribed and had to call RB on a couple of occasions, both times got through quickly and was dealt with efficiently.
