What I liked

Dental nursing and medical team had a very friendly and professional manner. Although I was very nervous, the dental nurse attending to me helped to relieve my anxieties by making feel that my opinion mattered.

What could be improved

I arrived 30 minutes before my sceduled appointment, as I was anxious and I didn't want to arrive late. In my opinion the reception staff could have been a little more understanding instead of making me feel like I was bothering them.
