What I liked

The staff at the Drop in clinic are very friendly and do their jobs extremely well, the procedure to clean up and dress an extremely infected foot was done very proffessionly because i could not see what was going the whole procedure was explained as it was carried out,

I understand that at a busy time people may not have had the same experience as I did but do remember these people work in a stressful envirorment with limited resources.
