I feel the conditions in the parts of Ty Sirhowy Mental Hospital in Blackwood Gwent that I experienced are terrible.
I thought that some of the staff were appallingly rude to patients relatives.
I felt there was an unprofessional attitude from the staff I saw.
I also thought there were no facilities for visitors.
