What I liked

I on behalf of mother,and myself you like to thanks all staff at A&e in Shrewsbury,for you swift action and caring help this afternoon/evening.

She was sent up from Ludlow after problems,where upon,you treated her with understanding,and compassion and professionalism,and warmth.

It was suggested that she was taken to major A&E as the service would be swifter,and it was by all accounts,,,and while I Travelled up,you allowed her to rest and recover and monitor her condition.

Excellent service and again,,,,,,,,,Thankyou

We aim to provide the highest standard of care for all of our patients, and we are pleased to hear that your experience met your expectations. Feedback from patients helps us to build on the things that our patients value, and tackle those things that we must improve. Your comments have been sent to the A&E department to help them do this.

If you think that an individual member of staff deserves special praise and recognition then please consider nominating them for Chairman's Award. This special award is presented every two months at the Trust Board meeting. It celebrates members of staff who go above and beyond what is expected of them to provide high standards of care for patients, or improve the working lives of their colleagues.
