What I liked

My hand physiotherapist was truly exceptional at every step of the treatment. I hope they are valued as much as i think they should be. Thanks for all your hard work I really appreciate what we achieved.

What could be improved

Xray times at Euston Hospital - 4 hour wait in A&E to find out i had a broken bone in my hand. Painful and had to wait without pain killers, not acceptable. They also put a cast on my hand that would not support my broken bone at all, training needed with bones and supporting them correctly.

Anything else?

The Royal Free is the best of the hospitals i have been to (although i have only been to 3).
