"If I can find a better alternative I will go..."

About: Whipps Cross University Hospital

What I liked

The doctor, when she at last came, was friendly and helpful

What could be improved

I have been to the A&E 3 times in the last 6 months and the way it is organised is a catastrophy. It has taken me at least 2-3 hours every time from arrival to sepak to a doctor. It makes no sense to me what so ever to have to explain my case to 4 different people before at lt seeing a doctor. And everyone asks the same questions.

You go to the A&E because you are in urge for help in common and I think it is just not acceptable to have to wait 3 hours for a doctor.

The staff in general seem not motivated, slow and make the impression the do not like their job. It seems to be a general problem of the NHS that there are lot of badly trained and low paid employees to do a lot of simple tasks, but Whipps Cross is the worst I have so far come accross.

There is a lack of communication and when left in pain for 2-3 hours it is understandable that people are going to be frustrated and slowly impatient, but like one person already commented here....rather comment and be treated even worse or keep quiet and hope for th best?

I think ill people deserve more respect...they are not just objects!
