Nice atmosphere, quickly dealt with. Kept in touch re appointments
What could be improved
Payment system for hospital pharmacy - I was half way back to car before I realised nobody had asked me for payment for prescription. I then had to queue again at pharmacy to find out where I pay and then go to an office and attract someone's attention. Only native honesty sustained me through this. Hospital must lose hundreds of pounds a week by people just walking out without paying.
