I arrived in A&E in a Saturday morning having been referred by an NHS drop in centre and was seen very quickly. The nursing staff in particular were excellent and I was quickly given effective painkillers. I was sent to another ward which was being used as overflow given how busy they were (it was the weekend that someone had been tampering with saline bottles so they were extremely busy)
There was wait of several hours however my pain was kept under control and the nursing staff kept me informed so I was fine with this.
I stayed 5 nights in total and was impressed with many of the staff I encountered. They were friendly, responded quickly when I needed medication etc and generally did a great job.
"Positive experience at the MRI"
