"A very uncomfortable experience."

What I liked

Well -went for a bloodtest-knocked once -no answer-3 staff members discussing something very loudly inside-signs everywhere saying knock once, was brave and knocked again. Door was opened-no smile or putting me at ease. Two other staff members in the room-both did not acknowledge I had entered the room and one then looked at me like she'd just stood in something. Not a nice experience and the whole place has a bad atmosphere and the staff look like they hate being there.

What could be improved

Just plain old good service-a smile, acknowledgement, show respect to patients. Not a lot to ask. I understand the need for signs but everywhere you look it's don't do this but the same info on a poster next to it-one will do!!

Anything else?

I won't be going back.
